AeroClay® is a type of foam made of polymer and clay, created through an environmentally friendly freeze-drying process. AeroClay technology provides a new approach to designing + manufacturing foam without a need for melt-extrusion + blowing agents.

Product + Application

AeroClay® transforms common clay and polymers into a lightweight material and can be used as structural materials + packaging foams. AeroClay® is highly absorbent and can even be used for everything from oil spill cleanup to kitty litter.
